Art
Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a young boy, I found myself drawn to the way colors and shapes could bring my imagination to life, offering a form of expression that went beyond words. Over time, color pencils became my Favourite medium, allowing me to explore the fine details and vibrant hues that I loved capturing on paper. I decided to take art during my GCSEs to refine my skills and better understand the craft.
As I grew older, I realized that art had the power not just to express but to inspire and create change. This belief led me to volunteer with NGOs such as Ek Tara and Ek Prayaas, where I used art as a tool for social good. Furthermore, I interned at Arts Acre, Kolkata, where I studied contemporary Bengali art, allowing me to understand the links between art, culture, and history. Recently, I created a portfolio with India as an overarching theme, further tying my work to my roots and the culture that has shaped me.

Tennis
I started playing tennis at the age of 5, and it’s been a core part of my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to improve, competing in various tournaments that have helped me develop my game. I’m now ranked number 15 in the Under-18 category in the UAE, and I’ve advanced to the later stages of several national tournaments. I can play on both clay and cement courts, adapting my game to different surfaces as needed.
About tournaments played over the years:
Winner: Under 12 Saturday Club Annual Sports tournaments
2x Runner-Up: Under 12 Saturday Club Annual Sports tournaments
2x Runners-Up: Under 14 Saturday Club Annual Sports tournaments
Winner: Atletas Tennis Academy Junior Tennis Tournament 2021
The ability to perform in different court types has been an asset in the tournaments. I plan on continually striving for the best in my domain – tennis.
